Until now we have more than ten years
of experience in the handling and construction of recirculation
systems with biological filters. We would like to introduce on the
following pages a small selection wholly for the use in private
garden ponds. We also offer some information about circulation systems
for the professional like hatcheries, young fish systems or recirculation's
for fattening, but we would like to point you our new website Fischgut
Primus Anlagenbau GmbH for more information in this regard.
For questions you are also welcome to contact Lothar Primus
directly.

Hatchery
For the breeding of fish one to has to
stick to a higher water quality than in conventional systems.
The volume of the trickling filter is bigger, the sedimentation
is more effective and the UV-C burner systems more powerful.
The loading of the hatchery for transport to Switzerland, where
it`s to be assembled.
Fitting the sedimentation, welding of the stainless-steel parts
for the trickling and the long basins (troughs).
Aquaria for the breeding and hatching of eggs.
Long basins (troughs) for the change of feed from natural to "artificial".

Basins for preparing the parental generation
For the preparation of the mature fish, basins of great volume are
needed, that have completely separate cycles.
The big customized basins for the parental fish are also welcomed
as basins for quarantine.
Together with the assemblage you get a small training session for
the reproduction.

Young fish systems
Loading of the GFK-basins of greater volume.
Installation and assemblage of the components to be fitted together
to a recirculation.
The trickling is most of the time assembled on the site together
with the installation of the pumps and pipelines.

Outdoor cold water recirculation
You can see here a round system with a diameter of 9,5m, in this
case for sturgeon production. It is constructed out of four basins
with a total of 535.000 L water volume and a sedimentation of 26.000
L together with a trickling of 13800 L.
Serviceable is the construction of the sedimentation in the centre
of the group of basins with a backflow into all four basins.

It`s possible to support this array with a total of 500.000 L very
inexpensive with a 1,5kW pump.

Showroom for Koi-carp
Here you can observe the construction of a showroom for Koi-carp.
To save time the walls of the basins are made from prefabricated
concrete parts, that are customized.
After placing the concrete parts, the floor is cast.

 |

|
 |
 |
 |
 |
 |
 |
 |

|
 |
At the same time as the concrete is placed,
the filtersystems are constructed, like this trickling, that will
stand on the finished basin.
The shell of the room is erected. It`s going to be a steel- wood
construction with a see through roof with fivefold isolation.
The finishing of the showroom, the floor is coated, the system is
started up and the basins are stocked with fishes.

1000 qm warm water recirculation
The following pictures portrait the construction of a warm water
recirculation.
The first work consist of placing the walls and concreting the floors,
to fulfill this the necessary info structure has to be built beforehand.
Twenty basins with the volume of 59m³ each were constructed
in the timespan of 20 days.

After that the hall is placed, it's a steel-wood
construction with an isolated steelsandwich roof.
After finishing the hall the walls of the concrete basins are painted
with a special coating so that installation of the filter technique
can be stated with. Here the energy to warm up the water comes from
a coupling of power and heat.
Please see also our new website Fischgut
Primus Anlagenbau for commercial recirculation systems or give
us a call, we are glad to help you with any question you might have.
