The collection of the female`s eggs has to be repeated several times, since the eggs are not mature all at the same time. It is important to work completely dry, otherwise the eggs would glue together instantly and you couldn`t remove it from the collection bowl.

Following the mixing of sperm and eggs in exact proportions they are divided into the single aquaria.

After a few days the larvae are hatching, they firstly adhere, but then they start freely. After using up the yogbag the fish are fed with Artemia and then bit by bit with dry feed.

The bigger the fish, the more space is needed for most advantageous development. To fit this need hatchery basins of different sizes had to be constructed.

The Koi-carp is sorted and selected in specific time intervals to have fish of different quality and size in different basins.

At this moment some hundred-thousand Koi-carp offspring up to 60 cm are kept in our circulation system. Bigger Koi-carp are kept in our outdoor systems.

We abstain from any Koi-carp imports from overseas; we reproduce solely from our own Japanese Koi-carp. We invite you to find out for yourself about the quality of the colors and the health of our fish.
